User Agreement
1. MoneySaver vouchers is a registered trademark of Niche Media Pty Ltd (ABN 13 064 613 529) and may not be used in anyway by third parties for promotion of other products or services unless written permission is granted by the Management of Niche Media Pty Ltd.
2. Agreeing to theses terms and conditions means that you are bound to this agreement unconditionally.
3. To use the services and offers provided by MoneySaver vouchers you must be of legal age to form a legal agreement in accordance with the Governing Law in the relevant state of Australia.
4. Updates and changes can be made from time to time to these terms and conditions. MoneySaver vouchers recommends you familiarize yourself on a regular basis with these terms and conditions as the terms and conditions listed on MoneySaver vouchers at the time you use the service are the terms and conditions you agree to.
5. MoneySaver vouchers provides special deals on behalf of third party businesses and cannot be held accountable for compensation if a third party does not deliver the product or service stated on vouchers.
6. You agree to indemnify Niche Media Pty Ltd of any responsibility in the event that you suffer any damages or losses as the result of using or consuming products or services purchased through MoneySaver vouchers.
7. You agree to indemnify Niche Media Pty Ltd of claims or refunds for faulty goods or services purchased using MoneySaver vouchers.
8. All purchases made through MoneySaver vouchers are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless agreed to by the third party supplier. This agreement must be between The Consumer (you) and the third party business where you have purchased the goods.
9. Some products available through MoneySaver vouchers may only be purchased by adults 18 and over. Niche Media Pty Ltd is in no way responsible for the sale of such items to minors and cannot be held responsible in the event of a minor purchasing such products using MoneySaver vouchers.
10. All vouchers must be used by the expiry date shown on the voucher when uploaded.
11. Niche Media Pty Ltd does it’s best to ensure that our iPhone application and websites are secure. However in the event that your device receives any viruses, bugs, spyware or Trojan ware as a result of using our service, you agree not to hold Niche Media Pty Ltd responsible for any losses or damages.
12. MoneySaver vouchers runs 24 hours, 7 days a week. However in the event of any downtime due to technical faults or updates, Niche Media Pty Ltd cannot be held accountable for compensation for deals or vouchers missed as a result of this downtime.
13. All images, logos, vouchers and voucher content used on MoneySaver vouchers are for the sole use of providing information on the product or service offered by third party businesses and may not be used by you or any other user without the written consent of Niche Media Pty Ltd and the third party business.
14. MoneySaver vouchers depict and describe products and services using information provided by the third party business providing the product or service. Niche Media Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible in any way for any inaccuracies shown on MoneySaver vouchers.
15. All prices listed on MoneySaver vouchers are shown in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise specified.
16. In the absence of signed agreement to the contrary, the contract or legal agreement for the use of MoneySaver vouchers shall operate in conformity with the Laws of the State of Victoria, Australia which is hereby deemed to be the proper Law of the contract.
17. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and MoneySaver vouchers and govern use of the services provided by Niche Media Pty Ltd.
